摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To address a problem that while a frequency component of combustion noise, even if the level thereof is not excessive, makes up a large fraction of a frequency band (specific frequency band) to which human acoustic sense is sensitive, the human acoustic sense tends to feel the sound uncomfortable and improving frequency characteristics of the combustion noise increases a combustion period, often resulting in the degradation of fuel economy.SOLUTION: An internal combustion engine control device comprises a fuel injection valve which has a plurality of injection holes for directly injecting fuel into a combustion chamber and which can switch the injection holes for actually injecting the fuel; and an injection-pressure regulation device which can regulate a fuel injection pressure, and when a specific noise level having a correlation with a magnitude of a frequency component of combustion noise belonging to a specific frequency band exceeds a predetermined threshold, the number of injection holes is changed and the fuel injection pressure is regulated so that a combustion period does not change.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
