Disclosed is a beverage manufacturing and storing apparatus which can automatically heat beverage and keep the same warm. The beverage manufacturing and storing apparatus comprises: a body part having a storage space formed on the inner part to store beverage; a temperature sensor mounted on the body part to sense the temperature of the beverage stored in the storage space; a heating part heating the beverage stored in the storage space; and a control part receiving a sensing signal from the temperature sensor, and controlling the heating part when the temperature of the beverage is below a predetermined temperature, thereby controlling to heat the beverage to a predetermined temperature or higher.
