The method comprises: based on a communication connection, pulling a social group composed of a first user and at least one second user, with the second user belonging to the same social group as the first user; the first user receiving and displaying second multimedia information disseminated by a third user in the social group, and/or based on at least one second user in the social group, conducting interaction with the second multimedia information, so as to form disseminated second multimedia information, and the second multimedia information is different from first multimedia information shared by any user in the social group, the second multimedia information is designated information delivered in accordance with a server side preset policy, and the second multimedia information and the first multimedia information are kept in the same mode in a display format.
