Disclosed is a sending method for a scheduling request (SR) under carrier aggregation. A user equipment (UE) receives and stores physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) configuration information and SR configuration information about a plurality of serving cells through radio resource control (RRC) messages, and when an SR is determined to be sent, serving cells are selected from a plurality of serving cells corresponding to the stored PUCCH configuration information to send the SR according to the SR configuration information. Also disclosed are a sending device for a scheduling request under carrier aggregation, a terminal and a storage medium.
