The purpose of the present invention is to effectively arrange a water supply hose and a water drainage hose of an auxiliary washing unit. To achieve the purpose, the present invention provides a laundry treatment apparatus comprising: an upper cabinet and a lower cabinet provided below the upper cabinet; a drawer provided to be inserted and drawn-out inside the lower cabinet; an auxiliary washing unit installed inside the drawer; and a hinge assembly provided at a rear side of the drawer to guide a water supply hose and a water drainage hose of the auxiliary washing unit.
