The present invention relates to a mediation system between a villa owner and a consultant. Specifically, the mediation system between the villa owner and the consultant includes: a building owner device in which an application for the villa owner is installed; a consultant device in which an application for a sale consultant of a new villa is installed; and an information mediation server mediating villa information between the building owner device and the consultant device. The information mediation server includes: an information management module storing and updating the villa information on the villa by receiving the villa information on the villa which the building owner builds or is building via the application for the villa owner, installed in the building owner device; and an information transmission module transmitting the villa information in real time via the application for the consultant, installed in the consultant device of the consultant consulting on the villa which the building owner builds or is building. According to the present invention, the information mediation server in the mediation system between the villa owner and the consultant stores and updates the villa information by receiving the villa information from the building owner device and transmits the villa information to the consultant device in real time. Therefore, the villa owner can provide the newest information to the multiple consultants in real time at low costs without an excessive cost problem caused by sending a message. A sale consultant of the newly constructed villa can rapidly confirm the newest villa information and can systematically arrange and store materials using the application for the consultant. |
