The present invention relates to an apparatus for installing mulching film on covering soil by using a reverse rotating rotary, and more specifically, to an apparatus installed in the rear end of an agricultural machine to cover up seed with soil and install mulching film on the covered soil. The apparatus comprises: a soil scattering unit installed in a rear end of an agricultural machine, and including a soil scattering housing, a reverse rotating rotary rotating in the opposite direction of the rotation direction of the wheels of an agricultural machine, and multiple soil scattering blades installed in the reverse rotating rotary, to scatter soil towards the agricultural machine; and a mulching unit including a mulching unit housing connected to the rear end side of the soil scattering unit, a film holding bar on which the film is wound, and a pressing roller pressing the film unwound on the bottom by rotation of the film holding bar. The soil scattering unit includes a scattered soil guide unit installed between the reverse rotating rotary and the agricultural machine to switch the direction of the soil scattered towards the agricultural machine to the direction of a mulching unit side, in order to cover the upper part of the film with the soil. |
