By promoting the expression of six-transmembrane protein of prostate 2 (STAMP2) in liver cells, the method can be useful in improving the abnormalities in lipid metabolism in the liver, and also improving insulin resistance, thereby preventing or treating a non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. |
