This invention relates to aqueous immunogenic compositions capable of inducing an immune response that is bactericidal against serogroups B, C, W135 and Y of N. meningitidis. The compositions comprise conjugated serogroup C, W135 and Y capsular saccharine antigens and serogroup B, NadA derived polypeptide antigens. The compositions can be used to immunise against bacterial meningitis. The composition may further comprise a conjugated capsular saccharine from serogroup A and/or a Hib conjugate |
