PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly identify a subject region in a subject focused image.SOLUTION: An imaging device 100 includes: an outline enlarged region estimation section 5c for, on the basis of respective image information of a subject focused image imaged by focusing on a predetermined subject in a back ground, and one image (a subject non-focused image) imaged on a predetermined imaging condition different from that of the subject focused image and having a composition substantially equal to that of the subject focused image, estimating an outline enlarged region corresponding to an object existing out of a depth of field, and formed by making its outline portion larger than an outline portion of a region corresponding to the object in the one image, in the subject focused image; and a subject region identification section 5e for identifying a subject region including a predetermined subject in the subject focused image. |
