PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a navigation system which provides an appropriate route in consideration of load condition of a driver, and a navigation method.SOLUTION: A navigation system 1 for searching for a route on the basis of biological information of a driver includes: a load information acquisition unit 11 which acquires or estimates brain wave information of the driver; and a route search unit 45 which searches for a route of a vehicle according to the brain wave acquired or estimated by the load information acquisition unit 11. |
