PURPOSE: A non-excavating type pipe line repairing device is provided to simplify the structure of a hardening agent and to reduce the hardening time of the hardening agent by indirectly heating a repairing felt which adheres to the inner surface of a pipe line. CONSTITUTION: A non-excavating type pipe line repairing device(100) comprises an expansion member(110), a packer(120), and a heating unit. The expansion member is wound on the outer surface of a repairing felt and is connected to a compressed air supply unit in order to be expanded by being supplied with compressed air from the outside. The packer is inserted into the expansion member by touching the inner surface of the expansion member. The heating unit hardens the repairing felt, which adheres to the inner surface of the pipe line, with hot wind which is delivered through the packer and the expansion member. The heating unit has an inner insertion pipe(132) which forms a fluid passage for flowing the hot wind in one direction. |
