PURPOSE: A method for managing and synchronizing a security data in an internet using encryption and digital signature is provided to maintain security of stored data by using symmetry and public key encryption and message digest. CONSTITUTION: The system for a security data managing and synchronizing method includes a synchronizing server(14), a plurality of data communication apparatuses(11, 12, 13), and the internet(16) as a computer connection channel. The synchronizing server(14) inter-works with a database(15) for storing an information of a user who wants to receive a service of the present invention, an information with respect to a data communication apparatus, an information with respect to an object which will be synchronized, and an encrypted data.
