PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus having a good image quality without selecting a laser as in the prior art and without controlling temperatures by a heater, a Peltier element or the like. SOLUTION: A pulse current of a laser 73A is controlled via a switch 79 which is turned on/off by a logic element 70 for outputting an OR of a signal modulated by a modulating part 78 and a full lighting signal from a sequence controller 77. A monitor current signal outputted by a PD sensor 73B is converted to a voltage signal by a current/voltage converter 74, amplified by an amplifier 75 and inputted to an APC circuit 313. A thermistor voltage outputted by a low pass filter 312 is inputted to and monitored by the sequence controller 77. The sequence controller 77 outputs D/A setting data to the APC circuit 313 according to the voltage. Temperature data detected from a thermistor 311 and laser power data are saved in a backup memory. |
