<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner in which dews are prevented from flying on an air flow to the fan side from the vicinity of front end part of a rib formed integrally with a rear casing. SOLUTION: The air conditioner comprises a reverse V-shaped heat exchanger 3 comprising a front heat exchanger 3a and a rear heat exchanger 3b, and a fan 4 disposed in an air passage connecting an air inlet 1 made at least in the upper surface and an air outlet 2 made at a lower front part, a front drain pan 5a disposed below the front heat exchanger 3a, and a rear drain pan 5b disposed below the rear heat exchanger 3b. The rear drain pan 5b comprises a rear casing and a rib 6 formed integrally with the rear casing and serving as the rear tongue of the fan 4, and a drain plate 7 for receiving and collecting dews being carried toward the air passage by an air flow passing through the rear heat exchanger 3b is stood on the upper surface of the rib 6.</p> |
