<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out a diameter-expanding lining method by a tube milling machine even in a secondary lining process for a tunnel by allowing a rotational advance of the tube making machine on a segment inner circumferential face and a brake on the rotational advance. SOLUTION: This pipeline manufacturing method includes a primary lining process for forming a cylindrical body SS by sticking arcuate segments S on the inner circumferential face of the tunnel T so that joint pieces Sa in the segment circumferential side ends are connected sequentially in rail form in the tunnel longitudinal direction, a secondary lining process, wherein front and rear guide frames Ga and Gb are engaged together freely movably in the tunnel longitudinal direction while restricted from rotation to the joint piece, the tube making machine is installed to the respective guide frames to be rotationally advanced in the tunnel longitudinal direction or braked, and the pipe making machine is braked so that a spiral tubular body PP is expanded in diameter by feeding force of a profile P to be brought close to the inner circumferential face of the cylindrical body, and a back-filling material charging process for filling a clearance between proximity parts of the cylindrical body and the spiral tubular body with instantaneous curing mortar via a hose H passed through a communication hole with the segments.</p> |
