The invention relates to devices for counting fuel consumption in internal combustion engines in use in tractors, motor vehicles and other mobile and stationary agricultural and road-building machines equipped with diesel and gasoline engines for counting total and current fuel consumption aimed at raising the accuracy of counting. The inventive comprises designing a device adapted to register a count of fuel consumption both at low and high levels without any auto-oscillation. Said device has a cylindrical turning bored in a conical chamber end, springs are cylindrical and arranged in said turnings, the springs second ends abut against a membrane. There are some other distinctions from a prototype. Technical advantages of the device include stable operation of a flow meter in different operation modes.
