<p>It comprises a reactor tank (8) wherein the discarded tires (1) are deposited and wherein a heat carrying fluid, which produces the dissolving of the tire (1), is introduced. One embodiment provides for means for heating (3) the reactor in order to heat the heat carrying fluid, means comprised of electric heaters, gas heaters or heaters provided with an inlet and outlet for the gases coming from an exhaust pipe of a vehicle.
