PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide constitution for quickly and appropriately supporting a patient in the case that the operation of portable medical equipment driven by a battery can not be continued due to battery run-out or a fault or the like at the time of performing a medical therapy using the medical equipment. SOLUTION: In a memory card 1d which can be mounted and detached to/from an oxygen concentrator 1, the operation information of the oxygen concentrator 1 and the information of a first action which is a coping method to be performed first at the time of the fault are held and stored by a main control part 14. If the oxygen concentrator 1 stops, the patient 1b mounts the memory card 1d on a portable telephone set 20 and displays the held and stored information or sends the information to a support center 24 together with the geographical position information of the portable telephone set 20 to receive appropriate action advices and support.
