<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor storage device and a signal processing system in which, when multiple banks are shared, the influence of signal interference, and the like, between a data transfer line and a memory can be prevented, the occurrence of operation failure can be prevented, and data can be continuously read at high speed. <P>SOLUTION: When the device has the multiple banks and the data transfer line is shared, a bank BNK (or a memory chip) and a controller 3 are formed on a substrate 400. A data transfer line 4011 is wired in the upper layer of this bank BNK and the controller 3 by using interposer substrate 401. In order to eliminate the influence of the interference, and the like, in signal propagation between the Bank BNK and the data transfer line 4011 wired at its upper part, the device is configured so that a fixed potential layer 4012 for shield, for example, a ground layer, is formed in a bank arrangement side of the interposer substrate 401 and the data transfer line 4011 is wired in the upper layer of the ground layer 4012. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
