<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detection switch which enables an operator to finely adjust each of threshold values that is automatically preset to a more appropriate value easily in accordance with a measurement environment. <P>SOLUTION: The detection switch comprises an arithmetic means 6 that obtains threshold values corresponding to locations of detection means 13 or the like by computing detection values detected by the detection means 13; setting means 8 and 9 that independently set each of the threshold values obtained by the arithmetic means 6; a display means 23 that displays, as a numerical value, each of the threshold values set by the setting means 8 and 9 and the detection values detected by the detection means 13; display channel selection means that selects a content to be displayed on the display means 23; and threshold value adjusting means 19 and 20 for finely adjusting the threshold value that is selected by the display channel selection means and displayed on the display means 23.
