A system and a method for delivering user interest information are provided to easily deliver interest information to persons, who seldom access the Internet, by periodically providing a matter of concern to other persons through a short message. A system for delivering user interest information comprises a user terminal(100), an interest information delivery server(200), a database(220), and acquaintances' terminals(301-N). The user terminal(100) accesses the interest information delivery server(200) through the wireless Internet, inputs interest contents, selects acquaintances' terminals(301-N) to transmit interest information, and sets up delivery time and a delivery period. In this case, the inputted interest contents are stored in the database(220) together with the set delivery time and delivery period. Based on the set delivery time and delivery period, the interest information delivery server(200) delivers the inputted and stored interest information to the associated acquaintances' terminals(301-N).
