A soundproof structure of an outdoor unit of an air conditioner is provided to minimize vibration and noise from the outdoor unit by forming a case to have duplicated structure, and shutting off the vibration and the noise generated when a compressor, a fan and a motor of the outdoor unit is driven. A soundproof structure of an outdoor unit of an air conditioner comprises a case, a compressor, a fan, a motor and a soundproof partition. The compressor in the inside of the case circulates and compresses refrigerant. The fan forcibly circulates air. The motor drives the fan. The soundproof partition is formed between the fan, the motor and the compressor. The case and the soundproof partition forms an outer plate and an inner plate spaced to each other by predetermined distance. A support with honeycomb structure is inserted between the outer plate and the inner plate, and porous material is inserted into the inside of the support.
