METHOD FOR THE PRODUCTION OF FLOUR FROM RYE AND WHEAT, AND USE OF SAID FLOUR

Production of flour from rye and/or triticale grains involves reducing the content of undesirable constituents in the flour by husking and milling and comprises (a) husking the grains until 7.5-11.5 wt.% of the grains are husked; (b) separating the husks; (c) milling the remaining grains to flour (I) containing particles of various sizes; (d) separating a coarse flour fraction (II) of particles with a size of 1000 mu m and more; and (e) removing the remaining flour fraction (III) for further use.
