<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication system and a radio quality measuring method by which the problem wherein the number of persons equal to the number of radio units is needed is solved, and the problem wherein it is difficult to make a performance measurement of the system during normal operation (that is, during running) is also solved, especially when the mobile stations are trains. <P>SOLUTION: The radio communication system is composed of a control station, at least one base station, and mobile stations, and connects the base station and the mobile stations by wireless lines. In this case, the radio communication is established between the base station and mobile stations. The base station or mobile stations obtain measurement data of the radio communication quality by the radio communication, and transmit the obtained measurement data to the control station along with data indicating the base station or mobile stations.
