The turbine has a rotor driven by wind, and a nacelle with power units (22-24). A container has a load-bearing frame structure (21) that serves as the nacelle. The structure is rotatably fastened on a vertical tower (11) about a vertical axis (A), and the container is covered with cladding elements (25). A platform (40) is arranged above the container, and a lifting gear (50) is fastened to the platform. The gear lifts the rotor to the tower and fastens the rotor to the container during assembly of the turbine. The gear lifts objects up to the tower during maintenance and/or repair work. An independent claim is also included for a method for constructing a wind turbine. |
