PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating film forming method which enables the obtaining of excellent finish appearance by suppressing the yellowing of a coating film in a 3 Wet coating system [three-coating one-baking (3C1B) method] for simultaneously baking and curing three layers obtained by the application of intercoat coating and the application of base coating and clear coating by a wet-on-wet system. SOLUTION: The coating film forming method is composed of the intercoating (first coating) process for applying the intercoating with aqueous coating to the surface of a member coated with chipping-resistant coating, the base coating (second coating) process for applying base coating to the intercoated wet member using aqueous coating, the clear coating (third coating) process for applying clear coating to the base coated wet member and the baking process for baking and curing three coating layers (first-third coating layers) at once. The chipping-resistant coating contains a block isocyanate compound, which regenerates isocyanate by heating, as an adhesion imparting agent. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
