PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular seat vertical position adjusting device capable of restraining an increase in the number of part items without a risk of causing looseness when an external load is applied, by smoothly rocking a link member and a sub-frame. SOLUTION: This vehicular seat vertical position adjusting device has a lower frame 4 supporting a seat cushion for a vehicle, an arm 31 rockingly supported by the lower frame 4 and rockingly supporting the seat cushion in the vertical direction, a link member 24 rotatably supported by the lower frame 4 linked with the arm 31 and operating for rocking the arm 31 to the lower frame 4, and a rotary member 1 rotatably supported by the lower frame 4. The rotary member 1 has an eccentric shaft 11 rotatably supporting the arm 31 and making a point B of the rocking center to the lower frame 4 of the arm 31 eccentric to a point A of the rotational center to the lower frame 4 of the rotary member 1.
