PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image diagnosis supporting device and program for supporting the image diagnosis to improve the capability of image diagnosis by comparing and reading images of a pair of left and right breasts. SOLUTION: The density of one breast image on the whole is shifted so that the density of the pectoral region in the one breast image matches the density of the pectoral region in the other breast image in a pair of left and right breast images, and the breast images are displayed in a display part in the diagnosis supporting device with the density matching in the left and right breast images. If a left-right asymmetric shadow candidate region is specified by the operation of an operating part in either one of the displayed left or right breast image, the density of the specified region is changed to the density of the corresponding region in the other breast image, and the image of the specified region is displayed in the display part.
