PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management system for game parlors which has high versatility, favorable usability and superior characteristics in the management system for the game parlors allowing a player to use a mobile terminal such as a cellular phone possessed by the player instead of a membership card. SOLUTION: This management system 1 for game parlors includes a registration terminal device 33 for registering mobile terminals, a service terminal device 33 providing players, or members, with services, a premises management device 31 and an external server device 2. The registration terminal device 33 is provided with a first medium ID reading means 51 for reading a medium ID recorded in a membership card, and a first terminal ID reading means 52 for reading a terminal ID from a player's mobile terminal. The premises management device 31 has a premises member data storage means 43 for storing the medium ID stored in the membership card, and a terminal ID recording means 55 for storing the terminal ID of the cellular phone possessed by the player and the medium ID associated with each other.
