PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dishwasher capable of automatically supplying a detergent surely by a simple configuration. SOLUTION: The dishwasher WM includes a washing nozzle 11a for jetting washing water to a washed object such as a dish arranged in a washing tub 40, a detergent supply container 41 for supplying the detergent to the washing tub 40, a first flow path 11 connected to the washing nozzle 11a, a washing pump 23 for supplying the washing water to the first flow path 11 and jetting it from the washing nozzle 11a, and control means for controlling the washing pump 23. The control means executes control so as to reversely rotate the washing pump 23 at prescribed detergent supply timing, and the washing water is supplied to the detergent supply container 41 by reversely rotating the washing pump 23.
