PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To satisfactorily compose a predetermined image having a plurality of transmission areas to a photographed image. SOLUTION: A plurality of template images are stored in a flash memory 36, and a photographed image is stored in a recording medium 30. Each attribute of a plurality of transmission area frames provided on the template image is detected by a CPU 32. An attribute of a face frame that the photographed image has is also detected by the CPU 32. The CPU 32 calculates the difference between each of a plurality of attributes detected from the template image and an attribute detected from the photographed image, and selects one of the plurality of transmission area frames based on the calculated difference. The CPU 32 executes processing for multiplexing the template image to the photographed one in a state that the difference between an attribute of the selected transmission area frame and that of the face frame is suppressed.
