METHOD FOR MOLDING EMBOSSED SURFACE ON THREE-DIMENSIONAL ROUNDED SURFACE AND MOLDED OBJECT USING BY THE METHOD

PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing embosing with a three dimensional surface is provided to improve solidity by matching a molding with the three dimensional surface and a pattern transcripted, and to reduce costs of the manufacuturing. CONSTITUTION: A method of manufacturing embosing with a three dimensional surface comprises the following steps of: transcripting a pattern(131a) formed in a transcripting paper to a three dimensional surface of a molding(130) before coating and drying; adhering a surface of a photomask film with the same pattern from the transcripting paper to a photoresist of a dry film resist; hardening the photoresist of a dry film resist by a light exposure; removing the photomask film from the photoresist to transfer the pattern; forming an intaglio pattern equal to the transcripting paper to the photoresist by cleaning and drying; coating a liquid molding material to the photoresist and hardening before forming a relievo pattern(3'a) on the hardened molding material; removing the dry film resist; and forming an intaglio embossing by pressing and heating the molding material to match with the relievo pattern.
