PURPOSE: A sealing device and a cover thereof are provided to easily perform a sealing operation to a meter, such as a water meter, even in the dark environment. CONSTITUTION: A sealing device(300) comprises a body part(310) and a cover part(320). The body part has a fixed body and a rotary lock. A sealing wire is penetrated through the fixed body. The rotary lock is coupled to the fixed body. The rotary lock winds the sealing wire through the fixed body, and performs a sealing operation. The cover part is coupled with the body part, and composed of a luminous body. |
