The present invention relates to an organic electroluminescent display device and a manufacturing method thereof. The method forms optical compensation layers having different penetration ratios and different refractive indexes per a sub-pixel by a one-time mask process by using a silicon nitride film (SiNx) having a penetration ratio and a refractive index which are similar to indium-tin-oxide (ITO). According to the present invention, in the organic electroluminescent display device having a micro cavity structure, processes are simultaneously simplified while a color viewing angle, a color reproduction rate, and efficiency are improved. |
