Provided is a touch display device which generates a gate signal while being capable of adjusting the widths of a pull-down section and a pull-up section of the gate signal in accordance with operation time to prevent the occurrence of a vertical line stain on a screen. The touch display device includes: an in-cell touch panel including a built-in touch panel; a timer which counts the operation time of the in-cell touch panel to output a count value; a timing control unit which generates and outputs a gate control signal capable of adjusting the duty ratio of a gate signal in accordance with the count value; and a gate driving unit which generates and outputs the gate signal having the duty ratio adjusted by the gate control signal. |
