A natural draining device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a frame; a porous member which is filled in the frame; and a light emitting member which is formed in the frame and emits light. The light emitting member comprises: a light emitting element; and a container which receives the light emitting element therein, wherein the light emitting element can be embedded in the container. Therefore, the present invention enables the separation or replacement of the light emitting element without damage to the frame or the porous member.
