PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a processed food using ground konjak.SOLUTION: A method for producing a ground konjak-containing processed food includes obtaining a pasty food material by mixing with ground konjak, an acid material having smooth feeling on the tongue, different from that of the ground konjak, at an amount for neutralizing at least the alkaline content of the ground konjak, and heating the pasty food material.EFFECT: The usage of konjak as a functional food is expanded/promoted.SELECTED DRAWING: None
