A radiographic device that has a pixel array in which a plurality of pixels for outputting electric signals corresponding to radiation are provided, a reading circuit unit, and a member for suppressing the incidence of radiation on the reading circuit unit and is such that an image signal is generated on the basis of the electrical signals read by the reading circuit unit, wherein the pixel array includes a first region in which the portion of the pixels used for generating the image signal is disposed and a second region in which the other pixels not used for generating the image signal are disposed in at least a portion of the area surrounding the first region, and from the outside to the inside of the pixel array, the inner end of the reading circuit unit, which is disposed in the second area, the inner end of the orthogonal projection of the member toward the pixel array, and the inner end of the second area are disposed, in that order. |
