The present invention is a liquid detergent composition for food processing equipment and/or cooking equipment, which contains components (a)-(d), listed below, wherein the component (b)/component (c) mass ratio is 1/10-10/1, and the total content of the (b) component and the (c) component is 4%-20% by mass. Component (a): 0.5%-10% by mass of one or more types of compound selected from oxidative halogen acids and salts thereof (or the oxidative halogen acid equivalent if an oxidative halogen oxoate is included); component (b): 0.5%-18% by mass of an amine oxide-type surfactant with one C8-C14 hydrocarbon group; component (c): 0.5%-10% by mass of a compound selected from one or more types of C12-C16 fatty acid or a salt thereof (or the fatty acid equivalent if a fatty acid salt is included); component (d): water. |
