ORGANIC LIGHT EMITTING DIODE DEVICE AND FABRICATING METHOD THEREFOR

An organic light emitting diode device and a fabricating method therefor. The organic light emitting diode device comprises: a base substrate (10), and a first light-extraction layer (20), a first electrode layer (30), a light emitting layer (40), a second electrode layer (50) and a package layer (70) which are successively formed on the base substrate (10). The organic light emitting diode device further comprises a second light-extraction layer (60). The second light-extraction layer (60) is arranged to be adjacent to the package layer (70). The light emitting layer (40) is an organic light emitting functional layer, and the first electrode layer (30) is an anode layer or a cathode layer and the second electrode layer (50) is correspondingly a cathode layer or an anode layer.
