[Problem] To provide a cleaning device wherein two devices, for separation treatment and cleaning treatment, respectively, are packaged into one device, thereby reducing the size of the device and making transport to sites easy, and also the amount of contaminated soil treated in a unit time is improved. [Solution] The cleaning device is provided with: a drum (1) rotatable around an axis; a cylindrical sieve (2) affixed and housed inside the drum (1); a spiral-shaped first blade (4) provided between the drum (1) and the sieve (2); and a spiral-shaped second blade (5) provided inside the sieve (2). Soil put into the sieve (2) is separated by the sieve (2), only the separated contaminated earth and sand is collected in a treatment tank (6) between the drum (1) and the sieve (2), and cleaning treatment is performed by putting a chemical into the treatment tank (6).
