MANUFACTURING METHOD OF POLYURETHANE LATEX SPONGE AND APPLICATION TOOL FOR MAKE-UP

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a sponge capable of manufacturing the thick sponge using polyurethane latex (aqueous dispersing element) and an application tool for a make-up comprising a polyurethane latex sponge. SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a polyurethane latex sponge comprises: mechanically foaming with blending a crosslinking agent and a mild coagulant in a polyurethane latex having a reactive group such as a carboxy group or without blending the mild coagulant; when not blending the mild coagulant, adding the mild coagulant at the final step of mechanical foaming followed by placing the foamed polyurethane latex mixture in a mold to react fully with the mild coagulant; coagulating or false coagulating to a foaming state of the polyurethane latex mixture; and after removing water in the coagulated product with heating, making crosslinking of the said polyurethane with further elevating of temperature.
