摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress display unevenness caused by difference in polarity in an electrooptical device adopting a multiple matrix mode. SOLUTION: On a surface of a substrate opposite to a liquid crystal, followings are formed: a plurality of scanning lines 25; first and second data lines 261, 262 intersecting the scanning lines 25; a first pixel electrode 31 disposed on the negative y-direction side with respect to the respective scanning lines 25 and connected to the corresponding scanning line 25; a second pixel electrode 32 disposed on the positive y-direction side with respect to the respective scanning lines 25 and connected to the corresponding scanning line 25; a first signal electrode 41 disposed on a position adjacent to the first pixel electrode 31 and connected to the first data line 261; and a second signal electrode 42 disposed on a position adjacent to the second pixel electrode 32 and connected to the second data line 262. The second signal electrode 42 has an inter-line electrode portion 45 located between the second pixel electrode 32 adjacent thereto and the first pixel electrode 31 located on the positive y-direction side with respect to the second pixel electrode 32.
