An RF reader control-type mobile phone is provided to apply an RF reader to an existing mobile phone without a big modification for internal software as the mobile phone control part receives information processing results only from the RF reader without the necessity of controlling the RF reader specially. An RF reader control-type mobile phone(100) comprises an RF processing part(110), a voice processing part(115), an LCD part(125), a memory part(120), and a key input part(130). The RF processing part(110) processes RF communication. The voice processing part(115) processes the input and output of voice/sound signals. The LCD part(125) outputs specific information or data. The memory part(120) stores and manages various data or information. The key input part(130) processes an appointed key input value. Additionally the RF reader mobile phone(100) comprises a program to control an RF reader(140), inserted or ejected through a serial communication port or a slot and receiving regular information or data from an RF tag. In case that the RF reader(140), connected through the serial communication port or the slot, receives regular information or data from an RF tag, the program, interworking with the memory part(120), stores the received information or data in the memory part(125).
