An embedded antenna and a terminal including the same are provided to widen a bandwidth of a frequency by using a multi-layered structure of a carrier and dielectrics of different dielectric constant. An embedded antenna includes a ground surface(35) formed on a printed circuit board(36) and a signal pin(33) for transmitting a signal from the printed circuit board. Dielectrics(31-1,31-2) have a multiple structure having different dielectric constant to form a radiator for radiating the signal transmitted from the signal pin. Plural short pins(34-1,34-2) short-circuit a certain radiation surface of the radiator from the ground surface. The dielectric consists of an upper layer portion and a lower layer portion where the upper layer portion is made of Teflon and the lower portion is made of alumina.
