A composite pipe for a water passage is provided to prevent corrosion and reduce constructing cost according to the composite of concrete, steel, and synthetic resin sheets with excellent endurance for outer pressure and inner water pressure. A composite pipe(1) for a water passage comprises a steel pipe(10) formed with the water passage to counteract the inner pressure; and multi-stage concrete pipes(20) connected with the outside of the steel pipe as a block unit to counteract the outer pressure when buried in the ground. A synthetic resin pipe(30) is installed in the steel pipe to improve corrosion resistance and strength. A tolerance is formed between the external diameter of the steel pipe and the internal diameter of the multi-stage concrete pipe to easily insert the concrete pipe.
