An automatic returning apparatus of an intelligent circuit breaker is provided to improve reliability and correctness of analysis and repair of a system by checking the number of repeated trips and returns. A voltage supply unit(2) distributes a voltage provided through a circuit breaker to each unit. A voltage detection unit(3) detects whether the voltage is outputted from the voltage supply unit(2). A charging circuit unit(4) rectifies an AC voltage provided through the voltage supply unit(2) into a DC voltage, and charges a charger(5) when a circuit breaker is operated in a normal state. The charger(5) is charged by the voltage outputted from the charging circuit unit(4), and provides a driving voltage to each unit in a trip of the circuit breaker. A detection unit(6) determines an abnormal state of each load through over-current detection. A control unit(7) generates a driving or non-driving signal to an actuator driving unit(8) in response to a state of an overload detection unit if a non-voltage detection signal is inputted from the voltage detection unit(6). The actuator driving unit(8) drives an actuator as many as a predetermined number in response to an output signal of the control unit(7). A circuit breaker lever operation actuator(9) is rotated and returned at a predetermined angle in response to the output signal of the actuator driving unit(8). A power switch(11) is installed between the charger(5) and the voltage supply unit(2) of the control unit(7), and selectively controls the voltage supply of the charger(5).
