PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recycle a collected plastic molded article as a molding material for molding an identical item to the molded article while maintaining strength, appearance, etc. of recycle-molded plastic article. SOLUTION: A strength of a recycled container can be maintained since a recycling resin is obtained by selecting and pulverizing used containers of a retained strength, wherein the strength of the used container is measured by means of a falling spindle tester 13 and a crack estimation apparatus 14. The strength of the recycled container can also be maintained by setting the upper limit to input ratio of the recycled resin, depending on the measured strength. Moreover, a recycled container of outstanding appearance can be provided by molding a sandwich structure recycled container having a recycled resin core layer and a virgin resin surface layer.
