PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating treatment device capable of efficiently utilizing combustion heat in the heating treatment device in which a treating object is supplied to a rotary furnace to be heated and dry distilled, and the heating and dry distillation is performed by combustion heat of the generated flammable gas. SOLUTION: In this heating treatment device, wastes as a first treated object is heated and dry-distilled and decomposed into the flammable gas and carbonized mixture, and then a second heated object is further treated. This heating treatment device comprises a heating furnace 1, an inner rotary furnace 2 for heating and dry-distilling the first treated object, and an outer rotary furnace 3 for heating the second heated object. The inner rotary furnace 2 is provided with a plurality of gas collection pipes 4 projecting to its peripheral face side, and reaching a combustion space of the heating furnace 1 through the outer rotary furnace 3, so that the flammable gas generated by the heating dry-distillation treatment in the inner rotary furnace 2 is burnt in the heating furnace 1, thus the inner rotary furnace 2 and the outer rotary furnace 3 are heated and heating dry distillation treatment and the heating treatment are performed.
